Huge Congratulations to Diya on passing all elements of the Coaching Program to become a Dojo Instructor (Sensei). She has worked hard to meet all the requirements; Passing all assessments, completing her portfolio requirements, passed her practical exams, risk assessments, 1st Aid, DBS, Safeguarding, and the situational based tests.
A special welldone has to go to Diya's mum and dad for enrolling her onto the Dojo Coaching Program, and continuously supporting her to achieve this rare but free qualification that usually costs £7000.
I would like to add that Diya's approach is outstanding. She is always organised and understands what & how to coach skills, vigilant to health & safety, uses a variety of communication styles to younger/older members, gives praise/recognition to members to build a good teacher/student bond, and shows great conformity and dedication to The DOJO and its members - I'm proud of you Miss - keep going.
